Work where you like
Our office is right on the banks of the Rhine with a view of the river, but you can of course also work from home or from a café if it suits the project situation.
Inspired Days
Twice a year, we organize our Inspired Days to exchange ideas with colleagues and for further training.
Personal Growth
We support you in many ways, e.g. writing articles, organizing MeetUps or speaking at conferences.
Work-life balance
Lots of us are parents ourselves and we pay a lot of attention to the compatibility of work and family life.
Only nice colleagues
We’ve weeded out the egocentrics, 10x engineers and careerists for you, so instead you’ll find mountain bikers, runners, dart players, skydivers, divers, code lovers, gardeners, gaming enthusiasts, footballers, family people, dog owners, hikers or simply happy people.
Mobility budget
As an Inspired employee, you benefit from a monthly, flexible mobility budget for lots of mobility services.
Your project – your equipment
You work with your preferred hardware and the tools you are most comfortable with.
